Should We Agree With Dr. Phil’s Believe on Losing Weight?

When starting a fat loss diet you first need to look at yourself and the way people see you. This is one of the hardest things to do. If you don't do it you won't be forced to make a change to your current life. You might have all the money in the world to buy the best foods and train with the best trainers, but you won't be able to lose weight if you're not willing to make a dramatic change to your everyday routine.

You might be a big fan of Dr. Phil or not. The fact is that he has helped millions of men, women and kids around the world to face their problems and enjoy life again. Obesity and less serious weight issues have been a road block since the beginning of time, but today it has been more serious than ever. Did you know that obesity is at the top of the pile when it comes to preventable deaths in the United States of America? This statistic alone has convinced Dr. Phil to take this matter on.

The problem with so many people is that they are not willing to make a serious change to their lives. Others reach their ideal weight after months of hard work and sacrifice but gain everything back and more after a few months. Is it possible for an overweight person to be thin and stay thin their whole life? The first step is that we need to be honest. Take a look in the mirror. The person you'll see is the cause of the problem and there is where the problem needs to be solved.

Being honest with yourself has never been easy. Think about it for awhile. To pass the first stage of Dr. Phil's diet program, you need to be honest and ask yourself if you're at the point of your life where you're ready to make a change. You determine that be answering a few questions that will reveal the truth. A few of Dr. Phil's questions follow:

1.You've probably tried many other diet programs which haven't produced the fruits. The real truth is probably that you didn't deliver the fruits. Are you willing to give Dr. Phil's weight loss diet a try?

2.You don't need all the candy bars and sodas in your kitchen. Are you ready to throw them out?

3.Are you willing to be honest to yourself and to other when you've tried to cheat your way out?

4.Are you willing to spend time exercising a few times per week?

5.The only person that has the power to change the way you look and feel is you? Do you acknowledge that?

6.You might have healthy food in your fridge and a gym contract, but do you understand that you need to start with a plan of action and see it through till the end?

The answers to the above and other questions Dr. Phil provides will make it clear if you're able to change. Setting goals in life is only the start of your weight loss process. The next step is to make sacrifices. Everything else around you might be set in place but you have to make it happen.

Dr. Phil's fat loss plan doesn't start of with fancy recipes and unrealistic promises. He simply explains that the first step has to be your way of thinking. Be completely true to yourself and others around you. Be willing to step out of your comfort zone and to make changes to your lifestyle. Always have your goal in mind and don't allow yourself or anyone else to convince you otherwise.
